Founded in 2006, the Pan Arab Interventional Radiology Society (PAIRS) is a non-profit medical society dedicated to strengthening and unifying interventional radiology in the Arab world and the region.

Over the years PAIRS has been actively growing its membership which has translated into greater influence and a more vital engaged society for the IR community. We have active sections and committees that have led to greater knowledge sharing initiatives and increased peer support. We welcome physicians, healthcare professionals and researchers with an active interest and competence in cardiovascular and/or interventional radiology to join PAIRS and elevate the visibility, expertise and advancement of IR, as never before.

PAIRS aim to educate patients and other medical professionals in our region about interventional radiology and new high tech, cutting edge alternatives to patients. PAIRS also aims also to educate interventional radiologists about update in the specialty through multiple educational activities in addition to its annual scientific congress.
